I define energy healing as spiritual massage – it softens our knots and tightness; it allows us to waken up to who we really are and who we can become.
I think energy work is the most important thing we can do to help the world and all living beings. It enables us to realise how we are all connected.

I employ a combination of Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki and Vortex®. I work with the vibration that guides me most powerfully in any given moment.
I have completed courses in animal communication and combined the intuitive techniques of animal communication with Reiki.
Over the years, I have helped many people using Reiki and animal communication.
